Lango region has been heavily affected by LRA insurgencies over 20 years, with 1.8million IDPs created and social service delivery disrupted. Since 2006, the resettlement of the IDPs has started, and school facilities are in urgent need of rehabilitation. In Akwete primary school, the pupils study in incomplete or over-crowded classrooms without sufficient chairs and desks.
