Exchange of Notes for the grant aid, "the Project for the Improvement of Traffic Control in Kampala City"

On August 16, 2019 in Kampala, Ambassador Kameda and and Hon. Matia Kasaija, Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, signed and exchanged the notes concerning Grant Aid for “the Project for the Improvement of Traffic Control in Kampala City”. Following the Exchange of Notes, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with the Government of the Republic of Uganda to provide grant aid of up to 2.548 billion yen (approximately 23 million USD) for the Project.
