Ambassador Fukuzawa Visits the Kampala Flyover Construction Site

Ambassador Fukuzawa is briefed on the progress of the construction.
On 11 December, Ambassador Fukuzawa visited the construction site of Kampala Flyover and Road Upgrading Project. Ambassador was received by a manager of Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) as well as the contractors of the project and was briefed the progress of the construction, which has been conducted with strict adherence to set health standard operating procedures and regulations.
The first phase of the construction was flagged off in December 2018. This ODA loan-financed project is supported by the Government of Japan through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
