List of Basic Documents

  •  Valid Passport
  • 1 Visa application form
  • 1 Recent Passport Photo (not older than 6 months)
  • Flight reservation (One way if 1 year and above)
  • Company ID /National ID (Original and Photo copy)
  • Recommendation Letter from the Applicant's Company or Employer in Uganda
  • Employment Contract or Appointment Letter from the Company in Japan (for employment purposes) 
  • Acceptance letter from school for those going to study（for study)
  •  Marriage Certificate or Birth Certificate (for dependents)
  •  Copy of both the front and back sides of the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) / Electronic Certificate

※ Possession of a Certificate of Eligibility does not guarantee visa issuance.
