対ウガンダ一般プロジェクト無償資金協力

2014年11月25日（当地時間同日），ウガンダの首都カンパラ市にて、我が方藤田順三駐ウガンダ大使とマリア・キワヌカ・ウガンダ共和国財務・計画・経済開発大臣（Maria Kiwanuka, Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development of the Republic of Uganda）との間で，総額25億1，900万円の一般プロジェクト無償資金協力「クイーンズウェイ変電所改修計画（Project for Improvement of Queensway Substation）」に関する書簡の交換が行われました。
